Shipping your order
When you place an order with "Tsunamiaquatic.com", we take pride in processing your order with speed and accuracy. All orders shipped via UPS,service are re-packaged in heavy duty packaging to ensure your products arrive in top condition.In stock orders processed by 12 noon EST generally ship in 2 business day. In some cases, orders may ship the following business day, especially order placed during the weekend. In the event of a back order, we will contact you to via email and/or phone to inform you of the back order and the expected ship date for your order. We charge actual freight rates and do no charge an additional handling fee.
Sold Out / Backordered Items
“backordered” Items are currently Sold Out, but on order with the manufacturer. Depending on the lead time from the manufacturer, we will generally have your item in stock within 14 days. Once the item is received, we will process your order and ship out the backordered item to you ASAP. In the event of a back order, we will contact you to via email and/or phone to inform you of the back order
Some manufacturers return, replace or repair policies
When you purchase any products from Tsunami Aquatic LLC. you are entitled to its manufacturer's warranty against defective merchandise. Several of our major manufacturers' policies prohibit us from accepting returns and require that you contact them directly for assistance. All items we sell are brand new and most all carry a manufacturer's warranty.

Drop Shipments
Some large and heavy items like chillers, aragonite, and some lighting fixtures will be dropped shipped from the distributor or the manufacturer to avoid the extra shipping charges. Some manufacturers require drop shipment so they can insure the quality of packaging and delivery. We going to passing the savings on to you. It is possible that your shipment will be split to achieve this service.

Our warehouse facility is located in Vista, CA. All order ship FOB Vista, CA unless the item is noted as a special order or drop ship only item. Orders ship Monday through Friday unless UPS has a designated Holiday.

21 day store warranty
When you purchased any aquarium products from us. You will receive additional 21 day store warranty for all merchandise you purchased from us. Except Several of our major manufacturers' policies prohibit us from accepting returns and require that you contact them directly for assistance. The warranty beginning at the date you received items. All you have to do is contact us, and then return the defeated products to us. After we received products we will refund you money in full.
we accept returns under the following conditions. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged product. Must be within 3 weeks of the invoice date. tem must be returned to us in original, new condition with all boxes, inserts, instruction manuals and packaging. Items returned in un-sellable condition are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please use sufficient packing material for return shipping. Buyer is responsible for costs of return shipping, tracking and insurance on return shipping.
